David W. Dalrymple
President & CEO
Directs the operation of the Bureau in providing services to the public in line with directives from the Board of Directors and standards established by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Responsible for the financial integrity of the Bureau, developing additional sources of revenue as required, while following a board approved annual budget. Evaluates existing programs in line with the mission of the BBB, seeks additional means of providing services to the public and makes changes where necessary. Promotes self-regulation and ethical business practices among BBB members and the entire business community. Maintains a visual presence and alerts the community to good buying practices and to specific trends in unethical, deceptive or unfair business practices. Uses the office of President to resolve issues between the business community, the public and government agencies. Develops and maintains an efficient and cost effective office and staff, making changes where required. Executes responsibility to the Board of Directors by: serving as an ex officio member of all Board committees, preparing an annual budget for review, preparing agendas for meetings, and keeping the Board informed on all matters under its review. Attends Council of Better Business Bureau national and regional meetings each year on a selected basis considering content, cost, scheduling and relative value. Acts as the primary contact for all media participation.
Debi Servidio
Director of Operations
Responsible for training and supervision of administrative staff. Serves as assistant to the President and Board of Directors. Maintains all financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, monthly and quarterly financial and tax reports and audit preparation. Maintains computer network systems, voice response system, internet connection and point of contact for BBB home page development.
Melissa Tierney
Accredited Business Relations Administrator
Actively administers the Bureau's Accredited Business services program by contacting all Accredited Businesses in regards to existing, new and vital information pertinent to our Accredited Businesses and their employees. Assists with new accredited business development by identifying, qualifying, and contacting prospective accredited businesses. Works with other staff members to cultivate a meaningful pool of businesses and consumers who have had contact with the Bureau regarding other areas of our work and were receptive to our services.
Kristie M. Angel
Consumer Services Administrator
Assumes the primary responsibility of answering incoming public telephone lines in response to consumer questions regarding the reliability of businesses in our 14 county service area. Provides consumers with information to aid in pre-purchase decision making. Corresponds with businesses to obtain accurate information to be used to develop factual reporting on companies in our service area. Also identifies and monitors local and national charities and records information to report to inquirers.
Kelly Brooks
Dispute Resolution Administrator
Receives, screens for eligibility, promptly presents and attempts to resolve consumer complaints using conciliation, mediation, and arbitration if necessary. Counsels consumers with complaints on how to protect against problem areas, personally resolve problems and how to file a formal complaint if necessary. Helps to identify and train qualified candidates to become volunteer mediators or arbitrators for the Bureau.

Responsible for inviting area businesses that have demonstrated they operate their business with honesty and integrity to become members of the Better Business Bureau and support our service to the community.
